we've pushed back the date of the move to january 2nd or so. justin apparently just put in the application to purchase the chosen home, so unless the house is already empty and completely move-in ready, i don't really see him moving in within 10 days. and i don't want to risk losing an entire paycheck because we get up there and he doesn't have the house yet. so i guess i won't be using the moving expenses on my 2010 tax return, but that's okay- i'd rather have at least half a paycheck than get up there and have to wait three weeks before we can start working again.
that being said, there is LOTS to do, and i know the time is going to fly. when i moved here i underestimated the effort packing would take, and i don't want to do that again. so i'm going to work on comprising a to-do list, and i'm going to actually try to stick to it.
