progress?

weight: 180.0
skin: getting better

i decided that i'm going to weigh myself on the first of each month instead of every week. but somehow, obviously, i did manage to lose 3.6 pounds since the last time i weighed... woohoo. i didn't really start anything yet. i couldn't afford my gym membership with this paycheck so now i have to wait until next paycheck.

skin is getting better. i'm trying to remember to take my vitamin every day too, so maybe that's playing a part. i still have some breakouts but they're smaller and they clear up faster, and my general skin tone is evening out.

i'm also trying to drink more water. like real water, with lemon or lime. i always drink a lot during the day but it's always juice or coke or whatever, with calories, so the water will help both issues (weight and skin). i'm not going to stop drinking coke yet, i'm just telling myself that if i drink more water then i can reward myself with a coke.
