today i weighed in at 178.6. i'm officially out of the 180s and never going back! next mini-goal: 160s.
i'm also drinking my first actual green smoothie. i have to say, it's not bad. here's what i put in it:
3 cups spinach
1 cup strawberries
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice (canned, unsweetened)
1 banana
1 cup sliced peaches
1 bag tea, brewed
splash of cranberry juice
it's good, but a little heavy on the pineapple. tomorrow i think i'll try apple and orange.
i also started doing jillian michaels' 30 day shred. i've done it one day, but had to skip yesterday because my inhaler was empty and i can't do it without that or i'll die. but i got a refill today, so tonight is round 2! i have to say, though, that i think it was best for cardio- i felt it in my legs, a tiny bit in my arms, but not really at all in my abs. so i'll probably add in a separate abs/arms workout today.
also... i had kfc for lunch. which i totally shouldn't have. i'll fit it into my daily calories, so i won't go over, but i definitely could have made a smarter choice. i'm hoping this green smoothie will make up for it.
